Canal Waterfront Construction:
Aluminum Dock, Bikini Top & Steel Bulkhead

Clean. Functional. Built for Lake Life.
Simplicity was the goal for this canal waterfront project. The homeowners wanted a clean, functional space that provided plenty of room to enjoy the water without overcomplicating the design. The finished project combines a custom aluminum dock, a large open deck, a Bikini Top for added coverage, and a new steel bulkhead to protect and finish the shoreline.
The result is a simple, durable waterfront setup designed for years of low-maintenance enjoyment.
Aluminum Dock Construction
The aluminum dock provides a strong, low-maintenance foundation with a large open deck for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the canal. Unlike traditional wood structures, aluminum won't rot, warp, or require the ongoing maintenance associated with a wood dock.

Bikini Top Boat Cover
The Bikini Top adds generous overhead coverage without overwhelming the dock or unnecessarily blocking the waterfront view. Its open design helps maintain airflow while providing protection from the Texas sun and weather.

Steel Bulkhead Construction
A new steel bulkhead completes the project, providing a strong, durable shoreline solution designed to protect the property while creating a clean transition between the land and water.

Simple by Design. Built for the Long Haul.
Not every waterfront project needs to be complicated. Sometimes the best design is the one that gives you exactly what you need—plenty of usable space, dependable boat coverage, a protected shoreline, and less maintenance. That’s exactly what this canal project delivers.
