Owners Paul and Elese Herridge lead the company with deep roots in the lake lifestyle and a strong belief that relationships matter as much as results. Many family members and longtime friends work within the company, creating a culture of trust, pride, and accountability that shows up in every project. It truly is a family business—focused on craftsmanship, integrity, and serving lake communities for generations to come.
Paul Herridge

Paul Herridge is a Mechanical Engineer and hands-on builder with a lifelong passion for creating better solutions on the water. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of ’96 (Whoop!), Paul combines engineering expertise with real-world craftsmanship.
As owner of The Boat Lift, Dock & Bulkhead Company, Paul has helped lead decades of innovation, including pioneering the Bikini Top Boat Lift Cover and designing the Osprey Overhead Lift. Known for building what others can’t, Paul continues to push the company forward through custom designs and in-house manufacturing.
Elese Herridge
Owner | Business Leader | Community Advocate
Elese Herridge brings heart, leadership, and purpose to the company. Before joining the business full-time, she built a career as a Speech Therapist, serving others through communication and care.
As the company grew, Elese made the intentional decision to step into a leadership role—helping guide operations, support the team, and shape a people-first culture rooted in integrity and relationships. Her passion for family, community, and service continues to influence how the company leads and serves lake families every day.
