The Boat Lift, Dock & Bulkhead Company recently completed a custom aluminum dock and boat lift system on Lake Conroe, designed to maximize waterfront living while protecting valuable boats and watercraft. This project expanded an existing deck area with a large custom dock addition, creating a fully integrated lakefront system built for durability, convenience, and long-term performance.
Custom Dock Addition Designed to Match Existing Decking
This project began with an existing waterfront deck that the homeowners wanted to expand. Our team designed and constructed an aluminum dock structure that seamlessly connects to the previous deck while maintaining the same visual style and functionality.
The dock features aluminum construction with composite decking, chosen for its strength, low maintenance, and resistance to the harsh lake environment. The composite decking was carefully selected to match the homeowner’s existing decking, creating a unified look between the original deck and the new dock system.
The aluminum dock is supported by long structural pilings driven deep into the lake bed, ensuring long-term stability even during changing water levels and seasonal storms.
Premium Boat Lifts for Multiple Watercraft
Because this property hosts several watercraft, the dock was designed with multiple platform lifts, known for their reliability and ability to lift heavy and expensive boats safely.
This dock includes platform lifts for:
